Hi, my name is Patrick Hüsler. I am from Rapperswil, Switzerland but I spend most of my time either in Berlin, the vibrant capital of Germany, or in Basel, a lovely City in Switzerland.

I am guilty of being a computer geek, especially Apple products and programming languages. Ever since I got my hands on a Pentium 2 computer running Microsoft Windows 95 I have developed a passion for computers. This passion concluded in me becoming a software developer and starting my very own company called huesler informatik.

When not working on something computer related, I enjoy drinking coffee, going out or just walking through the streets, taking pictures and let my mind wander. Luckily I spend a lot of time in Berlin, a city, that seems to be specifically made for that kind of lifestyle. Since writing computer programs does not involve a lot of physical activity, I practice the art of Kung Fu as often as I can to compensate that.

Whenever I find the time, I like to travel the world. My last trip was to India and the next one will probably be to New Zealand. As the header picture already implies, I like to surf. Not as good as I would like to. I dream of surfing a barrel once.
